World Cup Found Poetry: “Kids” (Chile/Australia)

(The last of these is an actual haiku; the others can be read that way, if you relineate.)

Wave after wave,
with lots of clothes on.

His father, who was also a Socceroo,
stabbed that behind
the field.

Hint at the chasm:
on the optimistic side
bounced up awkwardly.
